Community Manager

Location: Worldwide, but local (Boulder, CO) preferred

Full Time Position, WFH (Work From Home)

Job Summary:

FasCat Coaching is seeking a digital savvy community manager to engage and serve its cycling community. The ideal candidate will live and breathe the FasCat Mission of helping athletes ride their bikes faster. FasCat seeks an evangelist who will exude our core values and be/ become an expert in our products, services, goals and mission. AND help us spread that expertise around our community channels. The ideal candidate will be an upbeat and enthusiastic cyclist that is a strong writer with excellent communications skills. Must LOVE helping athletes.

2 years experience + these skills:

Writing and creating content for web, video and social

Customer Service!


Email Marketing

Engaging and building an online community

Amplifying customer experience thru education from content creation, social media and customer service relations

Curating, cultivating and creating content for our cycling community

Additional Qualifications:

Event marketing and social media will be a part of the job including working with our brand partners for event activations & contests. You will also organizing online and in person community events.

Coaching experience helpful but not necessary. WordPress and email software experience necessary,  digital marketing experience a plus. Video editing expertise a plus. Experience as an athlete is mandatory – you will need to speak cycling training vernacular including power based training, nutrition, TrainingPeaks, and coaching. Successful execution of this job will involve being an evangelist of our brand and an expert in our products and services, goals and mission.


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Marking or a related field

2 year Experience creating content for the web, youtube, podcasts, social media and managing that content by working with the community on and for that content

Experience in social and digital media, web development and email marketing

Customer Service Experience

Experience with sales, marketing, promotions and event activations

Ability and willingness to travel to various cycling races and event expos

Candidates should be familiar with and be ready to exude the FasCat brand as a forward face of the company and play a strong role in our future training content all in the name of the FasCat mission: to help athletes ride their bike faster.


Depends on experience, background, previous and potential for future success. Compensation will include milestone incentives.  No less than $35k to start and no more than $52k (FasCat is not Google) for more than 2 years experience.
