Good morning Frank and Fastcat coaching. I really like what I see and hear from you. I am a 46 year old cat 4 racer. Been riding/ racing over the past 10 years and just started capturing power data. I am 5’11” and 174lbs. I want to get stronger/ faster/ leaner, and learn how to prepare properly for upcoming races. It’s June 2nd, I have 10-14 hours a week available to train, and I want to be in top form for end of year road races in Texas happening the last week of August through mid September. What do you offer and recommend? Thank you,
Michael Baker
Thanks for saying so Michael! For the Texas Road Racing I/we recommend our 6 week Sweet Spot Part 3 plan to build up your ‘base’ and then transition into our 6 week Road Racing Intervals plan. Join our forum for more questions and discussion too!
