This plan includes plenty of sweet spot and threshold climbing workouts and the all-important Crusher Simulation training rides specifically for the two difficult climbs you’ll face in the Crusher. Since a race of this magnitude requires more than six weeks of training you should consider completing the two “Six Weeks to Sweet Spot” Plans 1 & 2 before tackling this final 6-week preparatory plan. If you wanna truly get serious add a climbing interval training program after completing both or either of sweet spot plans 1 & 2 for a complete 24-week plan.

    I signed up to race the Crusher in the Tusher race with 8 weeks to go. I knew I needed some structure and a serious training plan. I purchased the Fascat Coaching Crusher training plan and got to work. I thought the workouts were all very detailed, made sense and were easy to follow. I also enjoyed the multiple other emails giving advice on a wide range of topics from nutrition, to whole body cryotherapy, to sweet spot training, etc. I especially appreciated the Crusher course preview as this was my first time racing the Crusher. All good info and interesting. I had a great race and felt really strong throughout the entire race. I ended up winning my age group and actually set a new course record for my age group! Thanks to the Big Cat I got really fast. Thanks to Fascat for the great training program that helped me have an awesome day on the bike!
