    What a difference a year makes. This time last year I was FTFPing with the best of them for cross season with FasCat plans. For a number of reasons, not helped at all by Covid, I struggled this year to try and get on a plan again, but nothing seemed interesting, especially once all racing was cancelled. This plan was a bit different though, so I decided to give it a try. I followed it (adapting a bit for the hazardous smoke), enjoyed setting up my cross course, and finally accomplished something in cyclocross this year. I even managed a few bumps and bruises (wouldn’t be cross without that). The plan is comprehensive and, as you would expect from FasCat, all the details are included – just do as you are told! 🙂

    With no racing happening this year, this has been a great tool to stay sharp and develop more skills on the bike! Plenty of workouts for cross fitness and fun drills for cross skills. Highly recommended!
