    Coming off an injury, I needed a plan to help get me race-ready without much early season work. This plan helped me get back enough form to be competitive in the late spring / early summer crits. The combination of sweet spots and intervals were tough, but by the end I was feeling at least 80-90% of my pre-injury fitness and managed a couple of podiums.

    This plan is like a great recipe. Sure, you can just wing it for training and get pretty close. But by following FasCat’s plan, you’ll nail out. Frank and his team base their plans on science and a whole lot of experience. I did this plan early in the season and won the first crit of the year. The Foundation and REVO videos are great to for a similar reason – concise, specific instruction on how to improve. As a guy with recurring back problems, this was super helpful.
