This six week XC MTB In Season plan balances your training with your racing. You’ll know what opener workouts to do the day before the race and how much rest to take after. Like our XC Intervals Plan, the In Season Plans has mid week mountain bike specific intervals along with skills sessions to you are fast and smooth. Since XC Mountain Biking is all about short (20 second – 1 minute) anaerobic power output, you’ll find the right amount of Zone 6 and Tabatas !
