Choose between a Basic Intermediate or Advanced plan based on how much time you have to train each week, your ability level and age. Additionally, this sweet spot training plan includes all the “marginal gains” details to get even faster: Recovery Techniques, Rest Days, Yoga, Foundations, and best of all, Strength and Conditioning – all you need is a physical therapy style rubber band and MOTIVATION! There are instructional videos in the plan for you to follow along at home. You’ll perform structured Sweet Spot and Tempo intervals mid-week and have the option to join group rides on the weekends, where we coach you on How to Sweet Spot on the Group Ride. There’s also recommendations for riding longer/shorter for flexibility so you can stay on track when life throws a curve ball.

    This is the first plan I’ve bought from FasCat, and definitely not my last. I’ve done a combination of Zwift and outdoor rides and felt stronger during the Saturday group rides as I progressed into the plan. And the Glo trial should not be underestimated, I think doing a 30 min yoga routine on rest days and 10-15 minutes one after each big ride, definitely helped with recovery, core strength and mobility. The foundation training video also included in the training is a beast, definitely felt my quads and lower back trembling during the exercise, but I could really feel myself getting stronger. I did the field test at the end of the training, as I knew my FTP going in and it was a 3W improvement (263 -> 266). I know it doesn’t sound like much, but having been at the same FTP for the past year, I credit this training program with helping me finally move the needle. Next on the list SweetSpot 1.

    Being a guy who only has 4 – 8 hours per week available to him on the bike, I found this plan to suit me extremely well. All summer I had been on the ride “kinda hard” everywhere regimen and it wasn’t working. I felt fatigued and was perhaps getting slower. When I came across FasCat’s Phil’s Fondo plan, I decided it was time to get back into something more structured. 6 weeks later, I found myself able to hammer out old routes much faster while still feeling fresher and able to recover more quickly. It really did help to have a plan that suits me. There is something about the order of the daily workouts, length and intensity of intervals, and placement of rest days that gave me the results I’ve been needing. Feeling this much better has made me look much more forward to getting out on my bike. I’m very happy that I did this. FasCat really nailed it on this one.

    This was my second plan from FasCat but the first one that I followed all the way though. I was faster and fitter at the end of the plan and set 116 PR’s according to Strava at this years Phils Fondo even after completing day 1. I highly recommend his plans to anyone looking from some structure and getting more out of cycling.

    This was my first plan from FasCat and I really dug it. It got me in the right shape to have a really enjoyable day in Malibu. After a couple technicals slowed me down on the final climb, it was an awesome feeling to be able to time-trial to the finish feeling strong and still fresh. Order the weights and sweetspot plans to build in the off-season while I figure out what my goals for next year will be.
