    This plan was so simple and yet so effective. This is NOT the weight loss meal plan, but I dropped 9 lbs. during the 4 weeks that I was on it. Cutting out sugar completely was easy by following the plan and I know that it was the key to the weight loss. I was not hungry as the meals provided plenty of sustenance. I also had plenty of energy. I did change the morning plain oatmeal to grits because I could not tolerate the plain oatmeal and “We’re in the South Ya’ll”. I highly recommend this plan.

      Congrats on the progress Chris and way to #FtFMP! It is easy to overlook how much sugar is in the foods we eat and I am stoked that the plan has given you the guidance you needed to help cut those foods out. Also as a fellow southerner, I’d agree that grits are a must! I like to swap that for oatmeal every once in a while too and add in some chia seeds to up the fiber since grits are lower in fiber than oats 👌🏼
