How to Pair and Sequence Your FasCat Training Plans

With many permutations of how to combine plans over the course of a training and racing block, today’s podcast is about giving you the tools to decide how to approach it.

We recommend 4 phases of annual training:

1. Off Season

2. Base Training

3. Interval Training

4. Race Prep

Tis the season! Don’t wait until the last minute and “cram for the exam”. Use 25podcast for 25% off your first FasCat training plan.  Enjoy the show!
