We're Hiring for 2026
Join the team building the future of cycling coaching, from world class 1-1 coaching to CoachCat, our AI powered training platform. We are a remote-first crew of coaches, marketers, and engineers who ride bikes and help athletes get faster.
We are hiring part-time and full-time coaches in 2026 to join our world class coaching organization. We help new hires grow their coaching career and knowledge.
Full-time coaches make between $45k and $125k annually, depending on their experience and the number of athletes they bring to FasCat.
Entry-level part-time coaches may become full-time salaried coaches with benefits if they are successful in our program.
Our Coaching Mentorship Program continues in 2026. Successful coaches join our team and learn from the other FasCat Coaches. We have a weekly coaches meeting as well as a weekly round table collaboration workshop.
The desire to learn and practice the art of coaching is a must! Successful candidates should vibe with our Nine Core Values. Additionally:

Yes, we have a weekly coaches workshop and you will have 1x1 sessions with our Coaching Education Director.
That depends on how much you are willing to coach! For full-time positions, your starting salary depends on your experience and the number of athletes you can bring to the organization, both current and potential. FasCat Coaching helps cyclists get faster. We've spent 20+ years turning structured training into real watts for real riders, through our coaching app, CoachCat, and one-on-one work with human coaches. We're founder-led, remote-first, and we have a deep library of video: our founder and coaches on camera, athlete testimonials, product footage, the works.
We need someone to turn that library into short-form video that performs, on Meta first (Reels and in-feed ads), then repurposed across YouTube Shorts and beyond.
This is an execution role, and we mean that as a compliment. We bring the raw material and the direction; you bring the craft, the speed, and the instinct for what to say when the brief runs out. You're not starting from a blank page, but you're also not just following a script line by line. When a coach or athlete is on camera, we want you telling us what to shoot, say, or cut for it to actually perform. Turning the coaches' stories into content that grows them and the brand together is exactly the kind of thinking we want.
Cycling or endurance sports fluency is a bonus, not a requirement. Performance instinct beats domain knowledge here.
Contract, remote, with a monthly rate for a set number of videos. 90-day initial engagement with a clear path to renew and expand if it's working. We move fast and we're easy to work with.
Send 2 to 3 examples of short-form video you've made that ran as paid social ads, plus a line on what each video was trying to do, to frank at fascatcoaching dot com. Portfolio-pretty reels with no performance context won't cut it; show us work built to convert.
We are hiring engineers in 2026 to build CoachCat, the AI cycling coach inside the FasCat app. CoachCat combines 20+ years of FasCat coaching knowledge with each athlete's training data to deliver personalized coaching at scale.
Email frank at fascatcoaching dot com with 1) a resume and 2) a link to your GitHub, portfolio or something you have built.
