We are hiring part-time & full-time coaches in 2024 to join our world-class coaching organization. We help new hires grow their coaching career and knowledge.
Full-time Coaches make between $36k - $125k annually, depending on their experience and the number of athletes they bring to FasCat.
Entry-level part-time coaches may become full-time salaried coaches with benefits if they are successful in our program.
We have a new Coaching Education Program, for 2024. Successful coaches join our team, learn from the other FasCat Coaches, and share their own knowledge. We have a weekly coaches meeting as well as a weekly round table collaboration workshop.
Requirements:
The desire to learn and practice the art of coaching is a must!
Successful candidates should vibe with our Nine Core Values. Additionally,
- Coaches need to be TrainingPeaks wizards
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to foster positive coach-athlete professional relationships
- Have been or be a Category 2 cyclist or Higher
- Have been a coached rider, personally
- Be well-versed in coaching methodologies & training techniques
- Subscribe to and be able to exemplify our nine core coaching values.
- Have coaching and managing athlete experience
- Experience designing custom power-based training calendars
- Experience developing sustainable and long-lasting Coach-Athlete Relationships

Remote / Work from Home in a traditional Monday-Friday 8-6pm, normal business hours format.

FAQ's:
1. Can I still train full-time during the day?
Yes: full-time salaried coaches may work in the morning and/or after their ride as long as they:
a) fulfill 8 hours of coaching work per day
b) maintain availability for athletes to schedule calls
c) are mentally able to get all their work completed
d) attend company and co-worker meetings during normal business hours
Part-time Contractor Coaches have more flexibility but they still need to maintain availability during normal business hours for athletes and attend company meetings.
2. Do I need to be able to analyze data?
💯 in TrainingPeaks - power and heart rate data. Also be able to interpret wearable data from Whoop, Oura & Garmin, especially in Optimize
3. Do you provide on the job training?
Yes - we have a weekly coaches workshop and you will have 1x1 sessions with our Coaching Education Director.
4. How much will I get paid?

For full-time positions, your starting salary depends on your experience and the number of athletes you can** bring to the organization.
