About This Plan

This 3-week plan is perfect for all types of cyclists during the Fall or early winter; we like starting this plan somewhere between September and January. It focuses on building an aerobic base that increases your training loan with the all-important muscle tension intervals. Additionally, the Foundation Training Plan includes REVO Strength and Conditioning Exercises (videos to follow) for hip flexibility and glute activation. After the completion of this plan, you will be ready to begin the 10-week resistance training program.


As a Training Plan athlete, you may want to Hire a Coach for a custom training plan.  Every 4 weeks you'll receive a new custom designed training plan along with additional coaching services including monthly training plan adjustments, power-file analysis and interpretation of power data. Click here to learn more.
