FasCat Coaching Names Brandon Dwight Chief Marketing Officer

Cycling entrepreneur brings decades of industry experience and seven years working at the intersection of technology and business transformation

BOULDER, Colo. (Sept. 1, 2026) FasCat Coaching today announced the appointment of Brandon Dwight as Chief Marketing Officer. Dwight will lead growth and brand strategy across CoachCat, FasCat's coaching app, the company's one-on-one coaching business, and new products and strategic partnerships.

Dwight joins FasCat at a pivotal moment for the company as it builds on more than 20 years of human coaching expertise while expanding CoachCat, its platform designed to bring personalized coaching to more cyclists.

The appointment bridges two distinct phases of Dwight's career. After spending over 25 years in the cycling industry as an entrepreneur, brand builder, and racer, he has spent the last seven years helping organizations adapt to emerging technologies and AI. This combination is perfectly tailored for FasCat as it expands beyond one-on-one coaching to scale CoachCat, its AI-powered technology platform.

In his role, Dwight will lead customer acquisition, subscriber growth and retention for CoachCat, as well as the growth of FasCat's one-on-one coaching business. He will also oversee the company's brand, content, community and professional athlete programs.

Dwight will also lead the development of strategic partnerships designed to connect FasCat's growing community with companies across the cycling and endurance ecosystem, including specialty retailers, online retailers and brands serving cyclists. These relationships will create opportunities for brands to engage directly with an active community of cyclists while giving FasCat athletes access to products, services and experiences they need.

He joins FasCat following the recent launch of CoachCat 4.0, the latest version of the company's coaching app, as FasCat continues expanding the platform and bringing its coaching expertise to more cyclists.

Dwight began his cycling career as an entrepreneur and retailer. In 2005, he co-founded Boulder Cycle Sport, growing it over 12 years into one of the country's most respected independent bike retailers. He later served as Brand Manager at Donnelly Cycling, where he helped launch the company's cyclocross and gravel bike line. Earlier in his career, he held roles at the International Mountain Bicycling Association and SmartEtailing.

A former professional cyclocross racer, Dwight is a four-time national masters cyclocross champion and competed in every U.S. Cyclocross National Championships from 1997 through 2018.
