Steps to Getting Started with the Optimize App

Once you've purchased a subscription to Optimize, you'll need to establish an account within the app. This is NOT the same as the account that you may already have for the fascatcoaching.com website. Here's the difference:

  • Your fascatcoaching.com account is what is used to keep track of your orders and purchases on our website.
  • Your Optimize app tracks all your rides and activities, along with any Training Plans you're following.

We need to make sure the Optimize app knows you've paid for your subscription so that you can get access to all the features.

To avoid confusion, use this guide to help you through the process.

Step 1: Following checkout, you’ll receive an email from us with a personal Activation Link.

Step 2: Click the Activation Link to go to our Activation Page:

Step 3: If you have already downloaded and logged in to the app click "Login" and enter the credentials you used to login to the app. **Important** your FasCat website login may be different than your app login.

Otherwise, you can choose to set up your Optimize account with your Google or Apple credentials, or simply by entering your email and creating a password:

Step 4: Once you've set up your Optimize account, it's time to get on the app! You'll need to download the app to your phone or mobile device.

You can search for 'FasCat Optimize' in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, or simply point your phone at the provided QR code that's given on this screen:

Step 5: On your phone, open the app and Log In with the info you just used to set up your Optimize account. The app will recognize you and give you full access to all the features!
