Description:
Join Coaches Jake and Frank each week for a focused sweet spot ride on Zwift! We’ll target a specific kiloJoule goal to achieve our daily base training and keep things social with a dedicated Discord channel and in-game chat. By working together, we’ll help each other tick off the kJs and make the time fly by.
We'll have A, B, & C groups so you can sweet spot at your level. The front of each group will always wait at the top to regroup so we can roll together to the next climb.
There will also be a D group that is "rubber-banded" so everyone can stay together.
After the ride, have your power data analyzed by CoachCat **- check for 1-2-3 hour power PR’s, FTP increases and training load increases to name a few. Share your results in our Discord channel & Strava to relive the 'fun' and discuss the training.
