Description:
Join Coaches Jake and Frank each week for a freestyle sweet spot ride on Zwift! Each week, we'll target a specific duration goal to Level Up and keep things social with a dedicated Discord channel and in-game chat. By working together, we’ll help each other tick off the kJs and make the time fly by.
We'll have A, B, C & D groups so you can sweet spot at your watts / kg .
After the ride, have your power data analyzed by CoachCat and check for:
