Demi Vollering (FDJ-SUEZ) won Stage 9 and sealed her second Tour de France Femmes title. She sat on Kasia Niewiadoma's wheel up the final Col d'Eze, then attacked in the last 600 metres to drop her and solo into Nice, with Paula Blasi and Niewiadoma 1:04 back.
