Ep. 7: Tour de France Preview Show with Coach Robby Ketchell!

We're excited to bring a bonus episode this week to your ears! We bring on a special guest, FasCat's new coach, Robby Ketchell to talk all things Tour de France. Robby has worked at the highest level of the sport as a sports and data scientist for teams like Garmin Slipstream and Team Sky. He helped coach Ryder Hesjedal to victory at the 2012 Giro d'Italia and has been an integral component to the high performances of many professional cyclists.

Robby drops by the FasCat podcast to talk about his background and stories from behind the peloton, including a fantastic account of Ryder's Giro win. We then dive into the 2018 TdF route and discuss some of the contenders and key stages, and what we can expect from this year's race. Frank founded FasCat Coaching in 2002 and has been a full time cycling coach since 2004. His educational background includes a Masters degree in Physiology from North Carolina State University, pre-med from Hampden-Sydney College. Frank raced at a professional level on the road and mountain bike and currently competes as a "masters" level gravel and cyclocrosser.
