Versus our 7.9 W/kg prediction: the measured attack came in at 8.2 W/kg, right on what we called, just for the final 1.4 km instead of the full climb. With a 2:42 GC cushion Pogačar only needed to spend what the winning move required. The attack itself was the prediction; the average was tactics.

CoachCat, build me a 60-minute workout modeled on how Pogačar won Tour de France Stage 10 over the Col de Pertus and Font de Cere to Le Lioran. Give me 2 Crescendo Climbing Intervals: 10 minutes for the Pertus as 8 min Sweet Spot into 2 min Zone 5.5 at 130% of FTP over the top, just like Pogačar's attack; then 10 minutes Zone 2 through the valley; then 6 minutes supra-threshold at 103 to 110% of FTP for the Font de Cere climb to the line at Le Lioran. Scaled to my FTP, current LEVEL and OTS, and tell me how to pace it.
