500 Watts @ 7.5 W/kg for 4:13: Pogačar Goes BeastMode to Deliver Another Beat Down

Pogačar celebrates the Stage 14 win at Le Markstein after attacking the Col du Haag at 500 watts and 7.5 W/kg for 4:13

The GC favorites climbed the Col du Haag together at about 6.1 W/kg, then, 1.4 km from the summit, Pogačar dropped the hammer 🔨: ~500 W at ~7.5 W/kg for 4:13, averaging closer to 8.3 W/kg and over 540 W through the steepest 1.1 km at 11.6%.

Pogačar climbed the whole thing in 27:55 at ~6.2 W/kg, and the race came down to one four-minute VO2 detonation. Same playbook as the Pertus on Stage 10.

Today's ride: 75 min · Crescendo Climbing Intervals: Grand Ballon, Ballon d'Alsace, Geishouse, Col du Haag
CoachCat, build me a 75-minute workout for today modeled on Tour de France Stage 14 through the Vosges to Le Markstein. Give me 4 Crescendo Climbing Intervals, each proportional to how long the climb takes: 13 min Sweet Spot for the Grand Ballon; 8 min Threshold for the Ballon d'Alsace; 4 min Zone 5 for the steep Geishouse; and 10 min for the Col du Haag as a crescendo of 6 min Sweet Spot into 2 min Threshold into 90 seconds of Zone 5 into 20 seconds of Zone 6 into a 10-second all-out sprint to the line. 4 minutes recovery between climbs, scaled to my FTP, current LEVEL and OTS, and tell me how to pace it.

What that workout looks like (Grand Ballon 13 min Sweet Spot · Ballon d'Alsace 8 min Threshold · Geishouse 4 min Zone 5 · Col du Haag 10 min crescendo: Sweet Spot → Threshold → Zone 5 → Zone 6 → 10-second sprint):
