This six week plan is designed to be used six weeks prior to Unbound or as a phase in your custom training plan, also six weeks prior to your race.

The plan includes:

Unbound Gravel is the ultimate test in gravel racing — 200 miles through the Flint Hills of Kansas. With expected finishing times well into double-digit hours, you'll need targeted preparation that builds race-specific fitness while keeping you fresh for race day. This plan delivers exactly that: structured Gravel Power workouts, simulation rides, and the iconic Unbound Criss Cross intervals that will prepare you for the relentless demands of the course.

Whether you're building toward Unbound as a standalone goal or sequencing this plan as a peak phase within a longer CoachCat training block, the six-week structure is calibrated to maximize your preparation while arriving at the start line fresh and race-ready.
