Ep. 3: Gravel Training and Racing

Welcome to the third installment of the FasCat Training Tips Podcast! This week we're pumped to bring you an episode on all things GRAVEL. Gravel cycling is so hot right now, and we felt like it would be a good topic to cover as we swing into the gravel riding and racing season.

Both Frank and Jackson are avid #groaders and are both training for the upcoming Crusher in the Tushar race in about 6 weeks, so we go through everything you need to know about riding and racing gravel.

We talk about:

- What is gravel riding?

- Equipment, fueling, training for gravel events

- The four main components to a successful gravel training campaign

- Expert recon for an example gravel race (Crusher in the Tushar)

- And plenty more!

Thanks to everyone for all the great feedback and response to the last two podcasts, we've been blown away by the support already! You can further your generosity by leaving a review on the iTunes store (which is free) or by sharing this episode with your friends and family.
