Our Sweet Spot Polarized Training Plan includes a combination of interval & base training and is meant to be completed after Sweet Spot Parts 1-2-3 or the 18 Weeks of Sweet Spot Training Plan. The plan uses a fresher is faster approach with a 3 -> 4 -> 5 minute VO2 weekday progression combined with long sweet spot rides on Saturdays and long zone 2 rides on Sundays.
