With all of those hard efforts, we’ve balanced it with endurance rides and recovery days to you stay healthy and progressing toward your most competitive stage race yet.

We’ve included the FasCat Wattage and Heart Rate Zones Sheet with a field test that you’ll do before and after so you can measure your improvement and keep your training zones accurate! Plus, if you’ve got a compatible Garmin or smart trainer, you can export the interval workouts to your device and ensure that you are riding at exactly the right efforts! Recovery techniques, Yoga, strength and conditioning work and regeneration weeks will help you get those marginal gains that make the difference between 1st and second place. There are videos for you to follow along with the exercises, all you need is a physical therapy style rubber band and the motivation to be your fastest self!

    I am thrilled with my results after following this plan. I truly thought that at my age (50+) I could not do much to improve my FTP. This plan allowed me to increase my FTP by 25 watts! Huge!
    Very easy to follow workouts and you also get links to in depth articles that explain why the particular interval is important and how to properly perform them.

    I had completed Sweet Spot Part 3 before following this plan, which had boosted my FTP by 20 watts and set me up perfectly for the efforts required in this plan.

    Going into this plan, I had a better idea of what kind of efforts and pain (for gains!) Frank and Co. were going to put me through. Lots of good workouts that were strategically stacked to really challenge me and push my power numbers up. Lots of VO2 Max work with endurance rides as well as supra threshold work to get that FTP up! Lined me up perfectly to hit a nice peak going into my first races of the season.

    This plan is pure gold! I have completed for the Haute Route Stelvio and it works perfectly for me. I got 7th place with a 2nd place during the TT and a Top10 on the Stelvio Strava Segment. Actually my FTP went from 340W to 380W!

    This plan has it all, adding VO2max and Anaerobic work to endurance and sweet spot ride gives you the capacity to change rhythm over and over again! It works so well for than 2 weeks later, I won CVR World Cup in Vancouver!
