How to CRUSH the Crusher in the Tushar
Frank Overton
The Crusher in the Tushar is one of the premier mixed terrain bike races in the country. It covers 70 miles and 10,000 feet of elevation gain in the Tushar mountain range of Southern Utah, and is easily some of the most difficult 70 miles you'll ever do.
This week on the podcast (& video), we break down the course and provide insight into the race strategy so you can C*R*U*S*H* with confidence. Coach Frank has attended multiple Crushers, and has won his age group as well.
