Are you trading with power but drowning in numbers? Here are three key metrics to simplify your data analysis. Number one is X power. It's a smarter average power telling you what you felt physiologically.
Number two is OTS. Optimize training stress. OTS quantifies how stressful a ride, race, or workout was on your body. Factoring in fatigue that builds during long rides.
Cuts out coasting. Number three is a level. Level answers the big question. And are you training enough to get faster?
If your level's rising, yes, you are. If your level is not rising, no, you're not. Pay attention to these three power metrics before you go down into the weeds. Stop guessing.
