Jake has been a FasCat Coach for 10 years and is a Level 72 Zwifter

Jake graduated from Marian University, won the conference overall 4 years, two team national championships, second collegiate road race nationals, raced in Europe and Asia, 10 years as a pro racer, 2x top 10 in uspro criterium championship, multiple top 20 at uspro road race, top 10 in lumberjack, 7th place Iceman 100 mile mtb race. Jake 'Retired' and came a full time coach for FasCat.

But then life got busy with kids** and cycling took a backseat. Now he's back to being the guinea pig to help show how a training program and busy life can coexist. "I see my athletes do it but I also want to lead by example. Along the way I hope to motivate others, entertain but also teach. I will show you how to sweet spot indoors, " says Coach Jake.
