Here is a summary of the tips: 1. Include a good warm up 2. Choose a safe load 3. Hands just outside shoulder width 4. Stance just outside shoulder width 5. Bar is on back right below C7 of your Spine 6. Drive hips back as you lower 7. Hip hinge 8. No ass to the grass And MOST importantly... Keep your back safe!
