How to Pair and Sequence Your FasCat Training Plans

We get a ton of questions about how best to pair and sequence our training plans to connect them through an entire season or a specific situation. With many permutations of how to combine plans over the course of a training and racing block, today’s podcast is about giving you the tools to decide how to approach it. Join the discussion on the FasCat Forum.

Tis the season! Don’t wait until the last minute and “cram for the exam”. We’re also recording a Q&A podcast next week, so send in your questions to help@fascatcoaching.com with any and all questions and we’ll answer them on air. You can also watch the video version (coming soon) of this podcast on our YouTube channel, and be sure to subscribe as we’ll be filming all forthcoming episodes. Enjoy the show!
