It’s all about keeping your training plan flexible, consistent and effective. Simply tell CoachCat in the chat:

📊 Your New CoachCat Dashboard: Everything in One Place
Say hello to a new way to manage your training and recovery! Our updated dashboard gives you a crystal-clear picture of your progress and readiness. There are 3 parts:
1️⃣ Consistency Calendar
At FasCat, we believe consistency is key—because if you can follow a plan, you can ride faster. (bonus points if you get that reference ;-)
Our motto? “Make it turn green.” Each completed workout fills a green circle. Seven days of consistency fills your streak bar into a “pill” shape, which is your badge of dedication.
Your Streak shows how many days in a row you've followed your plan. As a reminder, you may retro-edit your plan for rest days you took. (tell CoachCat to add a rest day)
Your Level shows how much you’ve been "riding lately" (a rolling 42-day average of your daily OTS). Ride more and see your level climb—along with your FTP. Miss days and watch your level dip.
🔎 Under your streak and level, see today’s workout at a glance. Click it to send to Zwift or your bike computer.
2️⃣ Recovery Score
Each morning, we give you a Recovery Score based on your sleep, wearable data, and training stress from the days(s) before. This personalized analysis helps you understand your readiness to train.
💤 Sleep tracking highlights last night’s rest compared to your 7-day average (e.g., 7.7 hours).
♥️ Heart Rate Variability highlights last night’s HRV compared to your 7-day average (e.g., 63ms).
💬 in the chat, you can tell CoachCat how you FEEL, and receive a suggested adjustments to your workout.
🔄 Click on your sleep, HRV, OTS & Level metrics to dive deeper into the data.

Our training plan design balances your training and recovery at a macro level and then use your Recovery Score with your data here to dial it in.
3️⃣ Weekly Progress
Your new Weekly Progress chart helps you plan, adjust, and stay on track:
📅 Quickly see how many hours and OTS you’ve completed—and how much is left for the week.
🎯 Hover over each day’s bar to view time-in-zone details and workout durations.
🔮 The bright colors in the bars show intensity distribution (Zone 2, tempo, sweet spot, threshold, VO2 Max, etc.).
✅ Checkmarks indicate you successfully took your rest days.
Plus, you can click on any upcoming day to preview your week’s training volume, daily hours, and intensities. It’s the perfect tool for managing your schedule.
