We’re recruiting a full-stack Digital Growth Marketer: a strategic and scrappy operator who can wear multiple hats across content, email, paid media, analytics, web, and creative. You’ll take the growth playbook we’ve built and scale it: faster, better, and smarter, just like our athletes.

You’ll be the driving force behind user acquisition, retention, and conversion across all digital channels.

📈 What You’ll Do

• Scale our content’s impact by turning training tips into YouTube views, email opens, and social shares that drive free trial signups and engaged users.

• Turn our best content into low-CAC, high-performing ad creative, and manage campaigns across paid channels, from targeting and copywriting to creative testing and optimization.

• Use Klaviyo to build high-performing email flows that:

  • Convert free trial users

  • Retain and nurture subscribers

  • Activate segmented warm leads with weekly campaigns

• Collaborate directly with our Founder/CEO and Coaches to craft bold, opinionated, and thought-provoking training content — forming the roadmap for YouTube, social, and email.

• Track and analyze what’s converting using GA4, RevenueCat, and Klaviyo. Identify what works, double down on it, and iterate quickly on what doesn’t.

🛠 Tactical Responsibilities

• Strategize content topics that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (cyclists, endurance athletes, health-focused consumers).

• Design ad creatives (video + static) using tools like Descript, Canva, Creatify, Figma and/ or manage freelancers to execute.

• Leverage AI marketing tools (e.g. Motion, Descript, AdCreative.ai, Opus Clip) to scale campaigns, generate assets, and optimize performance at speed.

🧬 Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing for consumer subscriptions, ideally in fast-paced startup environments

• Proven track record of taking a product from traction to breakout growth

• Expert in content and email marketing, with equal strength in creative strategy

• Fluent in UTM tracking, LTV:CAC modeling, retention flows, and segmentation to name a few

• Proficient with agentic marketing tools, AI ad generation, and workflow automation (Zapier or similar)

• Able to operate independently and build scalable growth systems without waiting on additional marketing resources

• You think like a founder, execute like a full-stack marketer, and plan like a CMO

• Bonus: You geek out on endurance sports, health tech, or AI marketing

• Triple bonus: You’ve scaled and monetized a YouTube channel to 50k+ subscribers
